Phase 2: July -August

Business SavvyⓇ & Alignment

Business SavvyⓇ: Attend our 'What’s Your Business' online workshops where we interrogate your business model, value proposition and set you up to gradually improve those over the year to become a better business person. Workshops are hosted every Wednesday afternoon for 6 weeks.

Peer Learning: Interrogate your value proposition and business model in a small group peer-learning environment.


Mentor Alignment: Mentors attend a condensed version of the curriculum to ensure everyone speaks the same professional language.



The Engagement
Phase 3: August - May

10 Months of High-Impact Growth


Strategic Matching: Pairing seasoned industry captains with high-potential entrepreneurs to transfer executive wisdom.

Setting your KPI's: Each entrepreneur and their Mentor will define a few KPI's for their business transformation journey. 

Virtual Board Member: Mentors act as virtual board members for businesses that are already digitised, compliant, and poised for growth. 

Quarterly Benchmarking: Entrepreneurs submit quarterly updates on the progress with their KPI’s and business performance metrics.

We do not believe in vague business advice or generic mentoring checklists. The Mentors4Change® program is a structured, 12-month strategic alliance driven entirely by hard data and rigorous accountability.

Step 1: The Empirical Diagnostic Handover: Before your very first session, your assigned coach receives an exhaustive SME Diagnostic Portfolio. This eliminates introductory guesswork and maps out the exact reality of your business through:
  • The WillCan&May® Matrix: Pinpointing the founder’s cognitive blind spots, thinking preferences, and vocational capacities. 
  • The Business Model Baseline Assessment (BMBA): A 9-dimension health check identifying architectural vulnerabilities across your business model canvas. 
  • Two Years of Historical Performance Data: Analysing your historical cash flow, margin structures, and growth ceilings.

Step 2: Co-Creating Your Individualised KPI Framework: No two businesses face the same hurdles. In the alignment phase, you and your coach will co-author a Milestone Matrix customised to your industry milieu and baseline data. We track and measure progress across three critical milestones: 
  • Management Capability: Tracking your personal transition from daily operational "firefighting" to strategic pipeline execution and confident financial decision-making.
  • Structural Health: Eliminating margin leaks, validating your customer segments, and sharpening your product-market fit. 
  • Compliance & Governance: Hardening your business against risk by establishing compliant labour contracts, disciplinary codes, and tight operational records. 

Step 3: The Monthly Boardroom Interaction: Your monthly 1-hour session functions exactly like a high-level corporate board meeting:
  • Accountability Check: You present your quarterly metrics and defend performance trends against your individualised targets.
  • Strategic Navigation: Your coach acts as a virtual board member, helping you solve complex bottlenecks like channel strategy, pricing, or funding readiness. These are based on your KPI’s and particularly the gaps identified through the BMBA.
  • Milestone Locking: You lock in the next 30 days of strategic execution, building the momentum needed for the final graduate showcase in May.
