Business SavvyⓇ: Attend our 'What’s Your Business' online workshops where we interrogate your business model, value proposition and set you up to gradually improve those over the year to become a better business person. Workshops are hosted every Wednesday afternoon for 6 weeks.
Peer Learning: Interrogate your value proposition and business model in a small group peer-learning environment.
Mentor Alignment: Mentors attend a condensed version of the curriculum to ensure everyone speaks the same professional language.
10 Months of High-Impact Growth
Strategic Matching: Pairing seasoned industry captains with high-potential entrepreneurs to transfer executive wisdom.
Setting your KPI's: Each entrepreneur and their Mentor will define a few KPI's for their business transformation journey.
Virtual Board Member: Mentors act as virtual board members for businesses that are already digitised, compliant, and poised for growth.
Quarterly Benchmarking: Entrepreneurs submit quarterly updates on the progress with their KPI’s and business performance metrics.
